From factory side how we to secure durability of trolley system for Roll bags?

--The best method is doing physical test for both wheels and trolley carts.

We SPTbagman have absolutely superiority on design and produce Wheeled Duffle Bags more than 15 years experience on production, we confident on providing those trolley bags in functional and good quality. So we did quality tests in-housing for each order to secure quality on consumer side. The Loaded Viberation Test,Loaded Dropping Test and Loaded Running Test was the most important subject.

*Loaded Viberation Test

We put more than 20kgs (depends on volume of bag) stuff into the bag, and hang it up in two hour, then viberated 500cycles. After test  the sewing part was not tear off and the trolley was good without damage. The result was PASSED.

*Loaded Dropping Test

We put more than 20kgs (depends on volume of bag), by using Auto test machine to drop the bag in 4 panels from 90cm height and drop the bag in 8 angles from 60cm height. After drops the bag was not out of shape,no broken for wheels and wheel caps. The result was PASSED.

*Running Test

We put more than 20kgs (depends on volume of bag), by using Auto test machine to run in speed of 4kms/hour in total 4 hours (16kms) , the wheels has not obvious abrasion and rickety, so the test was PASSED.
